The FUEL Capital team consists of
top-tier professionals, including the former head of Intel Capital
Asia Pacific and senior executives from Walden International. As
pioneering investment practitioners in China, the team members
have world-class education background, extensive experience
leading technology investments in China and globally, and
management expertise in cross-cultural organizations.
FUEL Capital emphasizes on bringing

28年直接集成电路工作经验，对技术与行业有深入的理解。曾在英特尔亚太区负责管理工作达26年，领导过各不同运营部门。在英特尔有16年运营和10年投资经验，覆盖领域包括生产管理、IT、市场计划、客户服务、业务开发等。1994-1995年为英特尔资深副总裁Sean
Maloney的特别助理。1996年被派到上海主管英特尔软件实验室并任总经理，部门内有超过100名软件工程师，为企业内部与独立软件开发商提供服务。
1999年回香港负责英特尔投资部并成为亚太区唯一的华人董事总经理，主管英特尔投资部在华业务。所投资项目中共有33个在全球各大证券市场上市，包括：中芯北方、BCD半导体、兆日科技、珠海炬力、澜起科技、譜瑞科技、东软集团、A8音乐、金山软件、德信无线、双威通讯、海辉软件、东软软件、蓝汛通信、创益太阳能等。他管理两支内部基金，分别为2005年成立的2亿美元和2008年成立的5亿美元基金，可复核个人内部复合回报率（2002.1至2008.12）为20.6%；连续4年被评为中国创业投资10强和中国创业投资家50强，2009年度“最活跃绿色创业投资企业”、2008年度“最佳创业投资机构”。领导英特尔在过去十年共投资亚太地区逾65亿人民币（其中50多亿在中国）。
2009年创立了苏州斐然资本创业投资基金。专注国家重大发展方向，包括节能环保、健康医疗行业的投资。

Over 28 years direct experience in
core technology investment, with superior knowledge of leading
technologies and industry habits.
Mr. Cheung was responsible for the
management of Intel Capital Asia-Pacific region and led various
operation departments over 26 years. With 16 years of experience
in operations and 10 years in investments at Intel, he was
responsible for areas covering production management, IT,
marketing plans, customer service, and business development. From
1994 to 1995, he worked as Special Assistant for Sean Maloney,
senior vice president of Intel, and was later appointed as the
General Manager of Intel Software Laboratory in 1996, where he
managed over 100 software engineers providing internal services
and independent software developers in Shanghai.
Mr. Cheung returned to Hong Kong in
1999 and became the only Chinese executive manager at Intel
Capital in Asia Pacific, responsible for projects in China. 33 of
his investment portfolio companies successfully achieved IPO
worldwide, such as mCube, SMIC, BCD Semiconductor, Sinosun,
Actions, Montage Technology, Spectral Swiss Technology, Neusoft
Group, A8 Music, Kingsoft, Techfaith Wireless, hiSoft, Blue Flood
Communications and TRONY Solar Energy. He managed two internal
Intel Capital funds with AUM of US$200 million and US$500 million,
established in 2005 and 2008 respectively, obtaining auditable
personal IRR of 20.6% between the period of January 2002 to
December 2008.
Mr. Cheung was awarded Top 50
Venture Capitalist in China for 4 consecutive years and “The
Most Active Green Venture Capital Enterprises" in 2008 and
"Best Venture Capital institutions" in 2009. He led
Intel Capital and invested approximately RMB5 billion in the Asia
Pacific region in which RMB3 billion was invested in China.
He earned BSc of Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic
University, MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is a
member of the British Association of Engineers and Mentor in
Ya-jie Chamber Cradle Program.

曾在华登国际，投资国内IT、半导体、医疗设备等科技企业，并参与管理香港特别行政区“应用研究基金”。2007年出任亚盛亚洲董事总经理。现任或曾任董事：深圳兆日科技股份有限公司、上华半导体、迈瑞医疗、创维数码、慧科讯业、深圳光聚等。
历任香港科技园创业培育计划遴选委员会成员，香港创业及私募投资协会中国内地委员会副主席，中华创业投资协会理事、香港特别行政区政府中央政策组泛珠三角小组成员、香港贸易发展局咨询会员会委员。

A co-founder of FUEL Capital, Mr.
Mak has over 20 years of experience in PE/VC investments in
Greater China and invested in dozens of projects with a value of
over US$100 million. He was previously with Walden International,
AIG Direct Investment and First Eastern Investment Group.
Mr. Mak is Vice Chairman of the PRC
Committee of the HK Venture Capital & Private Equity
Association, and serves on the admission panel of the Incubation
Program of Hong Kong Science Park. Previously, he was a Governor
of China VC Association, a member of the Pan panel of the Central
Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government, and a member of the Hong Kong
Trade Development Council Advisory Committee. Mr. Mak’s current
and former directorships include CSMC, Mindray, Skyworth Digital,
Wisers and Waveguider, also an independent director of Shenzhen
Sinosun (300333.SZ).
He earned an MBA from The University of Western Ontario and
B.Sc. (Eng) from The University of Hong Kong.

A co-founder of FUEL Capital, Mr.
Cha has 20 years of legal and operational experience in VC/PE and
has substantial experience with fund establishment, corporate
governance, IPOs and M&A. He is currently an Adjunct Professor
at Whittier's China Program at Nanjing University School of Law,
lecturing on legal aspects of Venture Capital and Private Equity
among other subjects.
Mr. Cha was the Beijing Chief
Representative of two top 50 US law firms and headed their Venture
Capital and Private Equity Practices, first with San
Francisco/Silicon Valley-based Heller Ehrman/Venture Law Group and
then New York-based Proskauer Rose.
Prior to that, he served Intel Capital as their Strategic
Investment and Portfolio Maintenance in-house attorney.

舒玛克博士有超过15年高管，管理咨询及私募投资的丰富经验，曾在麦肯锡任职拥有全球化及各规模企业管理咨询经验，并先后创始及管理四个风险投资基金。自1999年以来，投资管理过数个医疗生命科学，清洁能源，化学及投资管理领域公司，投资年化收益率达25％。

Marc has over 15 years experience in
executive management, consulting and private equity. He was
Founder and Managing Partner of 4 VC funds and a frequent speaker
at industry events. Invested in and held board positions in more
than 50 global (Europe, America, Asia) clean tech, life sciences,
chemicals and investment management firms. Dr. Schuler works with
start-ups as well as multi-national corporations. His financial
track record with an IRR of more than 25% since 1999.
Marc obtained his first degree from Heidelberg University, MD
and PhD from Freiburg University and an MBA from University of
Bradford, UK. Lived for over 4 years in Beijing, was the Managing
Partner of the Corporate Venturing Division of the Dutch Life
Sciences Company DSM, Marc is fluent in Putonghua.
